*Booking Policy*

– After booking, guests have 48 hours to pay the deposit of the reservation. If the payment is not completed by the guest, Villa Mango Beach Houses have the right to proceed with the payment by using credit card data presented to complete the reservation form to organize the payment due.

If the hotel is not able to proceed with the payment, the booking can be canceled.

*Cancellation Policy (for overseas reservations):*

30 days before stay: no refund, amount can be used as Credit within the same year. (Not Credit for next years)
15 days before stay: no cancellation allowed, 100% of amount paid will be charged as penalty and no credit will be provided

*Changes to reservations follow the same cancellation policies above.
